Description Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for one of our trusted clients. This full-time position is ideal for someone with 1+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience and a Bachelor’s degree, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. Key Responsibilities + Full-cycle accounts payable processing: Handle invoice entry, coding, approval routing, and payment processing. + Vendor management: Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. + Reconciliation activities: Reconcile accounts payable ledger with vendor statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing. + Compliance adherence: Ensure payments are processed in alignment with company policies and governmental regulations. + Team collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to support audits and special projects as needed. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree a must, preferably in accounting, finance, or a related field. Experience: 1+ year of full-cycle accounts payable experience. Technical skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Microsoft Excel, and other accounting tools.
