Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Olathe, Kansas. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations. Your main duties will include managing and processing customer credits, maintaining precise records, and handling customer inquiries. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices. • Handling the reconciliation of account statements. • Conducting check runs as per the established schedule. • Using your skills in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and QuickBooks for efficient data management. • Coding invoices accurately to ensure the correct allocation of costs. • Keeping up-to-date and precise records of customer credits. • Assisting in the resolution of customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Leveraging your skills in data entry for maintaining precise customer records. • Monitoring customer accounts regularly and taking necessary actions as required. Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable (AP) to manage and streamline outgoing payments • Ability to conduct Check Runs to maintain the smooth flow of financial transactions • Experience in Coding Invoices for accurate and efficient financial tracking • Proficient in Data Entry with high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Skilled in Invoice Processing to ensure timely and correct payments • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting • Experience with Oracle for managing databases and financial information • Proficient in QuickBooks for managing and tracking financial transactions and records Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
