A client of Insight Global is actively searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Corporate team onsite in Chattanooga, TN. The day-to-day will be solely focused on Accounts Payable to ensure all invoices, from several different locations, are assigned properly and processed in a timely manner. This individual can have the potential to take on more if a strong grasp on all AP work is demonstrated. Other responsibilities include providing clerical support, coordinating with external vendors, researching vendor statements to ensure payment, and assisting in billing. A successful candidate will be able to prioritize several tasks as once, be extremely detail-oriented and want to join a collaborative and team-orientated work environment.

More on Day-to-Day:
- Retrieving vendor statements, researching these statements to see what's been paid and ensure proper follow up/outreach for invoicing payment
- Assisting with monthly reconciliations and account reconciliations
