Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Forest Lake, Minnesota. The role involves handling important accounting functions within the team, particularly focusing on accounts payable. Responsibilities: • Efficiently using Accounting Software Systems for various tasks • Managing and resolving customer inquiries • Conducting regular audits to ensure financial compliance • Using Concur for expense management • Overseeing Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary • Ensuring accurate accrual accounting for all transactions. *Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.
