The role involves managing accounting functions, utilizing accounting software systems, and maintaining accounts payable. Responsibilities: • Handle account coding tasks efficiently • Utilize accounting software systems for financial tasks • Manage accounting functions to ensure smooth financial operations • Maintain and manage accounts payable • Apply accrual accounting principles in financial tasks • Operate Automated Clearing House (ACH) for transactions. *Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is necessary for accurate record keeping and financial reporting. • Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems is required to manage financial data efficiently. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is essential to align with the company's financial operations. • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is needed to handle invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reports. • Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is crucial to record transactions when they occur, not when cash changes hands. • Ability to work with Automated Clearing House (ACH) systems is required for efficient electronic transactions and payments.
