Description Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage payable processes within the company. • Accurately process invoices using QuickBooks and Yardi software systems. • Proactively resolve discrepancies by reconciling vendor statements. • Prepare and process multiple modes of payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. • Maintain detail oriented relationships with vendors, responding to their inquiries in a timely manner. • Contribute to the month-end close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices. • Assist with various projects and analysis when required. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to support accounting functions and data entry tasks. • Oversee the check processing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
