Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry based in Overland Park, Kansas. In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to accounts payable, including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and data entry. Responsibilities: • Enter and process invoices with exceptional detail to ensure accuracy • Conduct regular check runs to maintain financial efficiency • Perform account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies • Ensure accurate 1099 filing at the end of each year • Maintain organized records through diligent scanning and filing • Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to manage and analyze financial data • Ensure each building is treated as its own entity in the processing of invoices • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
