This position is based in Clemmons, NC.

 

Join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices while maintaining strong vendor and internal relationships. This role is essential to our financial operations, requiring attention to detail, collaboration, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Process invoices for payment in compliance with company policies using ERP systems.Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve discrepancies.Verify invoice details, including batch totals, voucher numbers, and coding per accounting policies.Work cross-functionally to clarify and resolve invoice discrepancies.Assist the Accounts Receivable team with reports, data entry, and other tasks as needed.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the AP process. Qualifications

What You Bring

2-3 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in an ERP system.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Knowledge of general accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-volume environment.A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
