Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play an integral role in managing and processing vendor invoices and maintaining solid vendor relationships. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the property management industry. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain vendor relationships effectively. • Process vendor invoices with precision and efficiency. • Apply 3 Way Matching techniques for reconciling vendor statements. • Handle high-volume accounts payable tasks. • Ensure accuracy in data entry related to accounts payable. • Code invoices as per the established accounting systems. • Handle operational expenses and maintenance invoices. • Utilize ERP systems for accounts payable tasks, if needed. • Comfortably use Excel for various accounts payable tasks. • Monitor and take necessary actions on customer accounts.
