Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing accounts payable-related activities and procedures for the organization. This role ensures that all accounts are properly paid and provides accurate and timely management reports. The ideal candidate will possess an attention to detail and a passion for accurate and compliant practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the candidate will need to interact effectively with all levels within the organization. The Accounts Payable Specialist will lead their team to provide support to our customers while ensuring partnership and collaborative fiduciary responsibility for the company.

The Accounts Payable team consists of 4 members and reports to the new AP Manager. The organization is currently undergoing significant construction to double their office space. The office environment is casual, and jeans are permitted. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM. The position requires in-office presence at least 4 days per week; once up and running, remote work is possible either on Friday or Monday, depending on the team's schedule. The organization offers growth opportunities, stock options, and annual bonuses for permanent hires.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
