Description As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and systems. Your duties will encompass a range of accounting functions, with a focus on account coding and the use of various accounting software systems. Responsibilities • Manage and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency • Processing Travel & Expense reports and making entries in SAP • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status • Utilize accounting software systems like ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for financial processes • Handle account coding tasks as part of the accounts payable processes • Use SAP S/4HANA for managing automated clearing house (ACH) transactions • Perform accrual accounting tasks and ensure alignment with company policies • Carry out auditing tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial processes • Oversee various accounting functions and ensure their successful execution. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is essential for this role. • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary. • Knowledge of Concur is a must for this position. • Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required. • Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively is critical. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a must. • Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is necessary for this role. • Proven experience in Auditing is essential. • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is a requirement. • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is a must for this role.
