Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Oak Brook, Illinois. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for handling various tasks associated with account coding, using accounting software systems, and working with financial services. You will also be utilizing specific skills such as Accounts Payable (AP), Coding Invoices, Batching, 3 Way Matching, and Batch Processing. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain precise records of customer credit • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed • Utilize account coding practices to maintain organized financial records • Operate accounting software systems for financial tasks and reporting • Perform 3 Way Matching tasks for invoice processing • Handle batch processing tasks for the Accounts Payable department • Utilize knowledge of financial services for customer account management • Use your skills in Coding Invoices and Batching for efficient financial operations.
