Job Description:

Work with Financial Data and Systems to ensure data integrity of systems; proactively researching and resolving any discrepancies or any data errors that impact Finance.Direct collaboration with customer-facing teams Responsible for working in a remote working environment.Responsible for maintaining the Finance Escalations inbox Accountable for conducting comprehensive research prior to escalating inquiries to our Finance sub-departments.Offer assistance in conducting account audits, investigating remittance inquiries, probing into missing payments or payment delays along with their underlying causesMaintaining adherence to Service Level Agreements when responding to inquiries and escalations. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and objectives, facilitate cross-functional communication and cooperation, and coordinate efforts to achieve departmental and organizational targets. Maintain an active presence in cross-departmental meetings to prioritize system issues that impact Finance along with resolving any outstanding escalations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
