Job Description - Directing vendor invoices to project managers or designated personnel for approval. - Allocating invoices to the correct General Ledger (G/L) accounts and matching them to Purchase Orders or Subcontracts. - Investigating and resolving invoice issues (e.g., approval delays, discrepancies) promptly. - Ensuring adherence to established A/P procedures. - Coordinating with vendors to reconcile outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies. - Collaborating with the Purchasing and Credit and Collections Departments. - Conducting complex PO or Subcontract reconciliations and making necessary adjustments, including invoice reversals and re-entries. - Assisting other Specialists with complex invoice processing and G/L coding challenges. - Performing multi-line and multi-invoice uploads into JD Edwards (JDE).
