Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in New York, New York. In this role, you will be involved in the processing of invoices, vendor management, and accounts payable. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing and coding invoices in a timely manner. • Onboarding new vendors and managing existing vendor relationships. • Overseeing the Accounts Payable (AP) process and ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policy. • Assisting with real estate tax support and other related tasks. • Handling ACH payments and other financial transactions. • Utilizing various accounting software systems, including Yardi and ADP - Financial Services. • Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records. • Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective management of accounting functions. • Leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is necessary. • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is crucial. • Competence in using Concur is needed. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. • Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively is mandatory. • Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) is vital. • Understanding of Accrual Accounting is important. • Auditing skills are necessary. • Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is required. • Familiarity with Yardi Property Management and Yardi Software is crucial. • Ability to Code Invoices effectively is needed. • Experience in Coding Invoices is required. • Proficiency in Entering Invoices is essential. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are mandatory.
