Big Blue Marble has an immediate opening for Accounts payable Specialist. This position reports to the A/P Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable and vendor relations. Providing timely support to center directors, operations team and 3rd party vendors to resolve supplier inquiries Making recommendations for improvements and efficiencies to current A/P processes Assisting in the month end close process Providing support to external auditors as required Other A/P related projects as required Qualifications / Requirements: 5+ years of full cycle A/P experience, specifically in a high-volume transactional environment Team player, willing to help others when needed Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with intermediate or higher Excel skills Experience with NetSuite and Tipalti A/P highly preferred Working knowledge of GAAP Professional, dependable, and responsive to requests and inquiries from 3rd parties as well as internal cross-functional teams Big Blue Marble Academy is a rapidly growing and leading provider of high-quality, education-based programs for children across the country through a unique, proprietary curriculum, a rich language immersion program, and hands-on, student-led philanthropic Heart Projects.
