Responsibilities: • Execute account coding to ensure accurate record-keeping • Utilize various accounting software systems to streamline processes • Leverage ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management • Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing • Implement accrual accounting principles to gauge company's financial performance • Conduct auditing activities to ensure compliance and accuracy Requirements • Possession of skills in Account Coding is necessary for effective management of financial records. • Mastery of Accounting Software Systems is required to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must for the successful execution of financial transactions. • Proficiency in Concur is essential for managing expenses and invoices. • Capability to perform Accounting Functions is needed for maintaining the company's financial health. • Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) is required to manage the company's bills and expenditures. • Understanding of Accrual Accounting is necessary to record revenues and expenses when they are incurred. • Auditing skills are essential to ensure the accuracy of financial operations and records.
