Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description This Accounts Payable Specialist will prepare and process invoices for payment into the AS400 system and attach invoices accordingly. The specialist will also handle suspending Inter-Plant transfer purchase orders in AS400 and manage emails with invoice attachments, organizing them into appropriate folders. Responsibilities + Prepare and process invoices for payment into the AS400 system. + Attach invoices as required. + Suspend Inter-Plant transfer purchase orders in AS400. + Review and organize emails with invoice attachments into appropriate folders. Essential Skills + Invoice processing + Vendor maintenance + Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and creating simple formulas in Excel + Proficiency in one of the following ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, AS400, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE, or Peachtree Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3-way match with purchase orders + Experience with pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel + 2+ years of experience processing invoices + 2+ years of vendor maintenance experience Work Environment This is a long-term contract position. If you perform well and manage the workload effectively, there will be an opportunity for flexibility to work remotely after a few months. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
