Job Type:  Full-time/Permanent and in-office

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Processing of a high-volume of invoices Manage Purchase orders and any vendor discrepancies or questions Handle other office tasks including distribution of incoming mail Order office supplies as needed Support the HR Department with personnel file recordkeeping Support Employee events with scheduling, planning and ordering
Qualications: 5 years’+ experience in an office setting 2+ years'+ experience in an accounting role preferably with heavy A/P experience Proven strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in your work history Proficiency with MS Office including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
