Job Description
Oversee comprehensive vendor database management, including payment terms and 1099 NEC compliance. Execute invoice processing through automated workflows, ensuring accuracy in purchase order matching and price verification. Manage non-purchase order transactions with precise general ledger coding and departmental allocations. Administer corporate expense management systems and card program reconciliations. Facilitate strategic discussions with procurement teams to resolve complex discrepancies. Execute domestic and international payment processing. Maintain sophisticated payment scheduling systems and fiscal year reporting. Perform comprehensive vendor statement reconciliations and aging analysis. Implement payment control measures, including unclaimed payment resolution. Ensure meticulous documentation maintenance for audit compliance. Contribute to departmental strategic initiatives as required.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
