You will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the company's expenses, ensuring that all bills are paid on time and reconciling invoice discrepancies. Responsibilities: + Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing. + Verify and enter vendor invoice data into NetSuite. + Track, reconcile and resolve any discrepancies in invoices or payments. + Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. + Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist. + Proficiency in using NetSuite software. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
