Schedule: $62,000 / year
Salary: Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm
The Accounts Payable Supervisor performs accounts payable, analytical and other administrative support duties for the Accounts Payable Department. Takes a lead role in the Department assuming responsibility for some of the more complex, sensitive, and challenging vendors. Also serves as an advisor to the Accounts Payable Associates and performs analyses for the Department's manager.
The Accounts Payable Supervisor also:
Assumes responsibility for a disproportionate share of the more complex and sensitive vendors. Reconciles all prepaid accounts to vendors and submit reclasses to Accounting Department in a timely manner. Maintains monthly rent roll payments and validate monthly reports with Housing Department. Serves as an advisor to the Accounts Payable Associates. Reviews and approve vouchers for payment. Responds to vendor inquiries regarding payments. Prepares accounts payable check runs.
