Description
We are in search of an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our client's team based in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will be at the forefront of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Your responsibilities will also encompass periodic reporting and assisting with the administration of Workday Adaptive planning and Workday Financials.
The salary range will be $65,000 - $75,000 DOE!

Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive financial research and analyses, reconciling, analyzing, reporting, and summarizing financial data
• Assist in the execution and maintenance of Enterprise FP& A processes including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and periodic management reporting
• Maintain and develop budget/forecast reporting packages for executive and business line management
• Collaborate with business and functional leaders to understand drivers of current and future performance
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and provide assistance to line of business and Corporate Finance partners
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency leveraging financial forecasting tools and data and technology resources
• Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines while performing essential job functions
• Exhibit strong skills in using computer and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ensure good punctuality and attendance at work, exercising discretion and judgement in the performance of essential job functions
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
Requirements
• Position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Account Coding is essential.
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to use Concur is required.
• Proven expertise in Data Processing is necessary.
• Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions is expected.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is essential.
• Understanding of Accrual Accounting is required.
• Experience in Auditing is highly desirable.
