Summary: Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage their accounts payable processes. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining smooth vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Accounts Payable Supervisor will supervise and manage the accounts payable function, including coding and processing invoices * Ensure accurate coding of transactions and prepare monthly accrual journal entries * Make timely payments in line with company policies and payment terms * Resolve discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams * Maintain accurate records of transactions and assist with month-end/year-end closings * As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will ensure compliance with financial controls, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures * Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency * Must have large ERP systems experience
