Description Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Manager Salary: $80K-$110K Bonus Potential: ~10% Job Description: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and oversee a high-volume AP department for a $250M subcontracting company. The ideal candidate will have construction industry experience, preferably with a subcontractor, and be skilled in Viewpoint Vista software. This role supports a diverse group of divisions, including mechanical, low voltage (fire and security), HVAC, and service divisions. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee the AP department, currently with 6 AP team members + Foster relationships across multiple divisions and departments from an AP perspective. + Manage high-volume AP processes, with experience handling Corepay (3rd party vendor management) + Coding expenses through the GL. + Conduct in-person meetings with minimal travel. + Excel proficiency is essential.
