Accounts Payable Team leader
**Job Description:** Accounts Payable Team leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounts payable department. This role involves managing a team of Accounts Payable Coordinators, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures. The Team leader will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department. Key responsibilities: · Supervise and train accounts payable staff. · Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices. · Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. · Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies, · Assist with month-end closing activities. · Develop and implement process improvements. · Prepare and review accounts payable reports. · Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. · Handle escalated vendor inquiries and issues. · Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager \#LI-SM1 **Job Requirements:** · Secondary education required in Business, Finance or Accounting and three years of accounting experience. · Advanced active knowledge of English and other language is a plus. · 3-5 years´ experience in a finance & administrative department. · Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). · Experience with accounting system (Oracle/SAP experience a plus). · Excellent communication skills. · Detail oriented and high level of accuracy. · Effective organization skills. · Strong teamwork abilities. · Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures. **Operating Company:** Kerr Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
