Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Accounts Payable (AP) Travel & Expense Processor will focus heavily on accurate and timely processing of travel and expense reports according to department standards and expectations.
Essential Functions
To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Concur electronic expense report review and processing.Fs2 paper expense report review and processing.Concur purchasing card statement review and processing.Invoice processing in Fs2 when assigned.Audit expense reports and purchasing card transactions ensuring alignment with company policies.Attention to detail is essential to ensure that backup supports the data entered.Research, using data and documentation from multiple sources.Excellent problem-solving skills.Address non-compliance issues with tact.Provide employee assistance on the use of Concur.Support Concur hotline and e-mailbox via delivery of excellent customer service to all lines of business. Assist in special projects as needed. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.Perform other duties as assigned to include work in Excel spreadsheets.Additional Information
