Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $21.00 /hourPart Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Timely process customer payments for multiple entities, according to company policyMonitor customer accounts for late, partial and discount paymentsAdvise management regarding accounts receivables statusOrganize and initiate collection effortsResolve accounts receivable issues appropriately and effectivelyBalance integrated software systems weekly/monthly/, balance bank cash dailyCommunicate with customers via telephone, email, mail, or in person to make arrangements on delinquent accountsPerform reference checks of all credit apps and report findings to managementInvestigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely mannerAssist with annual auditsCarryout out other tasks as requiredAccounts Receivable Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office, especially with Excel and Windows based softwareExcellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills, especially with telephones and in a team environmentStrong sense of urgency and adhering to varying deadlinesAttention to detail, organized and able to multitask Experienced in collections with good understanding of general business operating proceduresMinimum of 2 years accounts receivable experience and knowledge of basic accounting requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains software is a plusApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
