Description We are seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage incoming payments and ensure accurate financial reporting. Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 (DOE) Key Responsibilities: + Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered. + Record and reconcile customer payments. + Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information. + Assist with month-end closing and reporting. Requirements Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred. + Previous experience in accounts receivable or general accounting. + Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and customer service skills.
