Description A well-established company in the Tri-Valley area is looking for an Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in accounting and finance. Pay Range: $22 - $26 per hour, depending on experience Key Responsibilities + Assist in processing invoices and applying customer payments. + Reconcile accounts and investigate any billing discrepancies. + Respond to customer inquiries and provide support for payment-related issues. + Maintain accurate records of transactions and update customer accounts as needed. + Support the finance team with administrative tasks and month-end reporting. Requirements Qualifications + Some experience or education in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
