Join our Sofia HUB and the Accounts Receivable Accountant team at Flix, where you will take an instrumental spot in maintaining accurate financial records and processing invoices efficiently, without the stress associated with collections.
Collaborating closely with our F&A teams in our HQ and other entities, you will gain valuable experience and enhance your analytical and organizational skills, while supporting the financial health of Flix and drive continued success and growth on a personal and professional level.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green Issuing and booking client invoices (manual and automatic); Preparation of Oracle import files; Preparing direct debit transactions for clients; Preparing accounts receivable reconciliations; Follow-up and clearing of receivable open items; Sending aging reports and assisting sales with the dunning process; Contact person for general agency and other clients related topics, issues, questions; Assist sales team with order’s manual corrections; Participating in ERP-roll outs; Preparing desktop procedures and process mapping; Working on audit requests and other ad-hoc duties; Onboarding of new colleagues. Your Profile – Ready to hop on board Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent; At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role; Very good English skills (B2 level is required); Solid knowledge in MS Excel; Very good communication skills; Attention to detail; Deadline-oriented and independent worker.
