The Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator position in Winthrop, Maine is responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy and compliance with all company policies, reviewing invoices, and keeping organized records of all transactions. You’ll have a solid understanding of reconciliation of accounts, vendor management and auditing invoices.. This is a full time, first shift position.
Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator Qualifications:
High School Graduate
1-2 Years of experience
Experience with Acumenica preferred
Positive, self motivated team player
Required Skills:
Accounts Payable and Receivable background
Acumenica Software (preferred)
Microsoft Office
Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator Details:
Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $17 - $23/hr
Start Date: ASAP
