Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a working knowledge of accounting principles, general business practices, and a customer-oriented approach to manage accounts receivable functions. The specialist will be responsible for the preparation, verification, analysis, and reporting of accounts receivable transactions. Under moderate guidance, the ideal candidate will handle moderately complex issues, provide support to the French subsidiary (Enablon France), and occasionally assist other entities such as Enablon Netherlands BV.

Key Responsibilitie

Gather information and documentation necessary for invoicing services such as SaaS, maintenance, and hosting.

Verify service elements like fixed-price contracts, T&M (time and materials), and travel/expense reimbursements before billing.

Create and manage recurring renewal contracts in SAP and issue invoices for products and services.

Ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers or upload them to relevant invoicing platforms.

Cooperate with the debt collection officer by conducting historical research and redirecting queries to appropriate contacts.

Assist in collecting outstanding payments for issued invoices.

Maintain a recurring file with updated dates, amounts, Syntec index, and other specifics of each contract. Conduct weekly reviews with management control.

Collaborate with the Sales department to manage and categorize SAP contracts, ensuring proper follow-up on renewals.

Generate and transmit quotes for maintenance, hosting, and SaaS renewals, and follow up to ensure completion of the purchasing process.

Work with the Support and Professional Services teams to clarify service contract details for accurate invoicing.

Analyze and resolve inconsistencies between the Kimble report and MP data, collaborating with management control.

Respond to inquiries, provide historical license and billing information, and resolve disputes professionally.

Verify files in the context of administrative or billing-related disputes.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with SaaS billing models, subscription renewals, and T&M invoicing practices.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Fluency English, fluency in French is a plus.
