Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves a blend of in-office and remote work, allowing for flexibility. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you'll engage with various internal and external stakeholders and report directly to the Accounting Manager. Responsibilities: • Analyze and report on invoice data to ensure its accuracy and completeness • Participate in account reconciliation and cash allocation across the division • Collaborate with teams on projects aimed at streamlining receivable processes and identifying the root causes of payment delays • Accurately record all customer payments and adjustments in the system • Handle receivables-related issues daily, such as resolving payment discrepancies and managing account balances • Prepare and manage periodic receivable reports, and address customer inquiries and account-related issues • Work on process mapping projects with both internal and external teams • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on analysis • Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently Requirements • Candidate must possess at least 5 years of experience in the role of Accounts Receivable Analyst or similar position. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must. • Familiarity with CRM systems is essential. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary. • Experience with ERP Solutions is crucial. • Proficiency in all Accounting Functions is required. • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. • Familiarity with Billing Functions is a must. • Experience in handling Cash Activity is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
