Accounts Receivable Analyst
Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and maintaining accurate customer credit records, processing remittances, and resolving account discrepancies. You will also be expected to work on special projects and reports as assigned, and respond to both external and internal inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities: • Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Keeping up-to-date and precise records of customer credit • Recording, verifying, and processing remittances such as cash, checks, and credit card transactions from customers • Investigating account discrepancies and resolving valid or authorized deductions • Conducting research and applying unallocated cash • Assisting the accounting team with other related duties • Preparing monthly GL reconciliations • Handling special projects and reports as assigned • Responding promptly and accurately to inquiries from internal and external sources • Performing miscellaneous position-related duties as assigned.
