Accounts Receivable Analyst
Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be expected to work on a variety of tasks related to processing customer transactions and keeping accurate records. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a high level of organization, and the ability to handle various accounting functions. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain precise records of customer credit transactions • Investigate account discrepancies by gathering information from various departments and customers • Adjust entries to resolve valid or authorized deductions • Conduct research and apply unallocated cash • Respond to inquiries from both external and internal sources in a prompt and accurate manner • Prepare monthly GL reconciliations as part of routine duties • Assist the accounting team by taking on special projects/reports as assigned • Handle other position-related duties as they arise.
