Accounts Receivable Analyst
Description We are in the wholesale distribution industry, located in Warren, Ohio, and we're offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. In this role, you will be involved in a range of tasks including processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain detailed records of customer credits • Conduct thorough research to confirm the validity of each customer claim • Make necessary adjustments to corresponding credits as required • Manage the process of charging back invalid claims, providing necessary backup for customer repayment • Request internal credits for valid claims that have not been credited • Review deductions requiring credit issuance and identify possible improvements to the process • Communicate recurrent deduction issues to the relevant internal departments, providing supporting data • Monitor customer allowances, freight, damage, etc., validating deduction amounts against sales reporting • Research and collect unpaid invoices for major ecommerce retailers. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary for this role. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required. • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a must. • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. • Knowledge of various ERP Solutions is required. • Must be well-versed in all Accounting Functions. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is needed. • Must have a strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR). • Familiarity with Billing Functions is a significant advantage. • Ability to manage Cash Activity effectively is necessary.
