Accounts Receivable Analyst III
Our client, a leading consumer products company, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst III to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst III, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Cash Service team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Accounts Receivable Analyst III **Location:** South Brunswick Township, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) **Pay Range:** $30 to 33/hr per hour **What's the Job?** + Manage daily payment postings within the automated system and correlate postings in the ERP (SAP system) related to Accounts Receivable. + Investigate and resolve payment exceptions in the automated system, ensuring SAP posting accuracy. + Provide proactive information related to risks and support action items to mitigate such risks. + Collaborate with Credit and Deduction Resolution teams to improve deduction coding and reduce application complexities. + Engage in work sessions to assist with streamlining internal processes toward standardization. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. + At least 3-5 years of related work experience in a consumer product-related corporate environment. + Firm understanding of SAP A/R postings with experience processing a high volume of payments. + Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to deliver problem-solving solutions. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Engage in continuous improvement initiatives that impact the organization positively. + Gain experience with advanced financial systems and processes. + Work in a hybrid model that promotes work-life balance. + Be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values your contributions.
