Volt is immediately hiring for an Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager in Waco, TX.

\r\n\r\n

As an Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tSet strategic direction for Accounts Receivables and Credit Risk Management.\r\n\tLead transformation initiatives to drive continuous improvement and visibility.\r\n\tEnsure systems, policies, and procedures are in place to reduce risk and improve collections.\r\n\tImplement programs to optimize ERP platform utilization.\r\n\tLead a team to manage credit risk, distribute invoices, and collect payments.\r\n\tManage relationships with regions to handle payment deviations and past due invoices.\r\n\tOversee credit risk management processes and maintain relationships with third-party collections.\r\n\tEnsure timely processing of new customer applications and proactive account monitoring.\r\n\tManage invoice distribution strategy and ensure timely and accurate invoice distribution.\r\n\tImplement effective collection plans and train collectors.\r\n\tAnalyze DSO and review accounts receivables.\r\n\tCollaborate with regions to resolve customer inquiries and maintain proper recordkeeping.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.\r\n\t7+ years of accounts receivable experience, with supervisory skills being a plus.\r\n\tStrong computer skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, planning, and decision-making abilities.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

\r\n\r\n
