Description
-Oversee the review, reconciliation, and resolution of customer deductions, ensuring they align with approved budgets and promotional programs.
- Collaborate with customers to address discrepancies, approve or dispute charges, and track resolution progress.
-Prepare monthly accruals, financial reports, and trend analyses related to deductions and trade spend.
-Generate reports to track deduction expenditures and ROI, providing insights to management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the profitability and performance of promotional spend. Offer recommendations to optimize trade spend efficiency.
- Create and maintain audit workpapers to support deductions and trade activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and accounting standards.
-Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of deduction management and promotional spend processes.
-Oversee additional accounts receivable functions, including statements, collections, credit references for new customers, credit limit monitoring, and cash posting. Ensure all processes are executed efficiently and in accordance with company policy

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00
