**Job Title:** Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections Specialist **Industry:** Semiconductor **Location:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM **Position Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections Specialist** to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in AR collections and ERP systems (Oracle required). **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the collection of AR customer accounts through phone and email correspondence. + Provide customer account statements and respond to inquiries regarding payments and balances. + Research, analyze, and resolve customer payment issues promptly. + Run account detail reports, reconcile purchase orders (POs), billings, and payments. + Upload invoices into customer portals efficiently. + Update reporting to reflect current AR customer account and invoice status. + Perform other duties and participate in special projects as needed. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + Minimum of 2+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience. + ERP experience required, with proficiency in **Oracle** . + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. + Strong problem resolution skills with a sense of urgency. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels. + Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. + Professional and positive demeanor with high ethical standards and dependability. **Preferred Traits:** + Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving. + High standard of performance with a strong character and work ethic.
