Accounts Receivable Associate
Our client, Medical device manufacturing industry , is seeking a Accounts Receivable Associate to join their team. **Job Title:** Accounts Receivable Associate **Location:** Kansas city , MO (100% on site) **Pay Range: $** 20/hr on W2 We are looking for a skilled Credit and Collections Representative to join our finance team within the Workplace Services business unit. This role will focus on automating and streamlining employee screening processes by combining advanced technology with exceptional customer service. The primary responsibility is to identify and collect past due receivables, manage customer accounts, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** + Analyze assigned accounts to identify delinquencies and determine appropriate collection strategies. + Investigate causes of unpaid invoices and coordinate corrective actions to resolve payment issues and prevent recurrence. + Evaluate financial stability, risk factors, and payment history of customers to recommend credit limits and establish acceptable terms. + Contact customers to negotiate payment plans and discuss available options for resolving their account status. + Collaborate with account management and internal teams to provide accurate information and support resolution of customer disputes. + Respond to customer requests for invoices, proof of delivery, account reconciliations, and other documentation. + Prepare and communicate with customers regarding refunds, statements, and payment plans. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operating procedures. + Monitor service success and contribute to delivering a superior customer experience. + Participate in quality management initiatives and other company objectives. + Perform additional tasks as needed to support the Credit & Collections team. **Basic Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections, billing, or customer service. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). + Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities. + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. + Experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus but not required. **Competencies:** + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to summarize data into accurate and actionable reports. + Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. + Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse priorities. + Positive attitude, high level of initiative, and team-oriented mindset. + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. **About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of:** **Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells** _ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
