Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Business Analyst! We are seeking someone who can excel in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding role. You will ensure compliance with company rules and standards in the A/R department and handle accurate and timely billing for resident healthcare services.

How you will impact the team:

Prepare accurate pre-billing reviews, billing, follow-up, and cash posting of charges for an assigned business line.Provide exceptional customer service by resolving both internal and external customer issues within an appropriate timeframe.Conduct admissions and census reviews to ensure the correct and timely setup of resident accounts.Complete follow-up and reconciliation of third-party payments.Perform cash posting and adjustments for subsequent billing or account resolution.Research unapplied cash and credit balances using appropriate payment and write-off codes.Demonstrate eagerness to learn and take on responsibility, displaying a "can-do" approach to work.

What you will need:

Minimum of 2 years of healthcare accounts receivable experience, including billing, collections, cash posting, or other revenue cycle-related functions.
