Job Title: Sr. Accounts Receivable Associate
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Accounts Receivable Associate with over four years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoicing and proficiency in using Vlookup and/or Pivot Tables. This role requires a proactive individual with a go-getter attitude who can work effectively under direction.

ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify the payments received and allocate them to the correct accounts and outstanding invoices.Constantly reconcile and update customers' receivables to reflect what is still outstanding.Handle invoicing and ensure accurate billing processes.Manage cash applications and reconcile payments to accounts.Work with vendors and suppliers to resolve any billing issues.Essential SkillsMinimum of 4 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.Proficiency in using Vlookup and Pivot Tables.Strong experience in invoicing and billing processes.Experience in collecting payments and reconciling accounts.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Netsuite is a plus.Background in the travel industry is highly desirable.Work Environment

This position is part of a large corporate accounting team consisting of over 60 professionals. You will report to the Airline Billing Manager with a dotted line to the Controller. The work environment is friendly and business casual, with a high volume of workload due to the company's growth through acquisitions in multiple states. The position was initially created to help with the workload during two maternity leaves, with potential long-term opportunities based on performance and company needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
