Description Are you a detail-oriented accounting detail oriented with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? Our client is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies to ensure the integrity of our financial records. Your keen attention to detail and ability to work independently will be critical to maintaining smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Process and apply customer payments accurately and efficiently. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cash transactions. Assist with month-end close activities and other accounting tasks as needed. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
