As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payments for products. Your responsibilities will include:

Handle AR tasks and provide assistance with customer service tasks when needed.Perform AR processing of invoices, payments, and collections.Assist with customer service inquiries and billing issue resolutionPerform data entry and administrative supportMaintain accurate record-keeping and reportingDrive process improvement and implement solutions that boost customer satisfactionBe a Team Player and actively seek out opportunities for continuous learningAdhere to all company policies and procedures

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have 2 years experience in an accounts receivable roleBe proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting softwareHave strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skillsBe able to handle AR transactions smoothly and manage multiple tasks efficientlyBe trustworthy with sensitive financial information
