Description We are offering an employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Irvine, California. As a vital part of our team, you will oversee incoming payments, ensure accurate financial records, and facilitate the timely collection of invoices. Responsibilities • Manage the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Oversee the maintenance of customer credit records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information • Monitor accounts for late payments and non-payment issues, taking appropriate action when needed • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and resolve payment issues • Prepare, process, and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable transactions and resolve any discrepancies • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment, providing outstanding support • Generate reports on accounts receivable status for management review • Contribute to month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable Requirements • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information • Commitment to detail oriented development and continuous learning.
