Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced **Accounts Receivable Clerk** in Richardson, TX. **PLEASE NOTE** : This is a hybrid role. Training will be in the office M-F for a period of time and will transition to being in-office one to two days per week. **Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract **Start Date:** Within two to three weeks. **Location** : Off W President George Bush Hwy at the Waterview Parkway exit in Richardson, TX. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying. **Hours** : 8am to 4pm; M-F **Pay:** $21.00 to $ 21.00/hr **Length:** Long Term Responsibilities for the **Accounts Receivable Clerk** role include: + Running, reviewing, and manual intervention of breakout invoices. + Sending out invoices to clients. + Review and process data for accuracy and completeness. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. + Input data into billing and accounting systems. Qualifications for this **Accounts Receivable Clerk** role: + Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience within accounts receivable. + Strong proficiency within MS Excel is required. + Must be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. + Polished communicator (written/verbal) when communicating with clients. + Excellent time management skills. **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
