Description We are offering an employment opportunity in the industry for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Newport Beach, California, 92660, United States. In this role, you will be handling vendor communications, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Responsibilities: • Undertake the task of calling vendors to collect on overdue invoices. • Accurately apply payments to respective accounts. • Actively involve in resolving any discrepancies in orders. • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with vendors and upper management. • Engage in business to business collections. • Utilize accounting and financial software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. • Align your work with skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, and Cash Collections. • Maintain accuracy in all transactions and records, leveraging proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Requirements • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. • Candidate should have a strong understanding of Billing procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. • Practical experience with QuickBooks is beneficial.
