This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

Support A&F Co.’s Wholesale, Sell Off, Licensing, Consignment, and Franchise revenue streamsExhibit full control over thousands of invoices issued monthlyIssue invoices, apply payment, and reconcile using Oracle PeopleSoft AR/BI and GL modulesEnsure invoices are issued timely and Unbilled Receivable balance kept current (aged 7 days or less)Tie out reported revenue to invoicesControl and prevent the continuation of outstanding past due receivables while maintaining customer relationship and engagementCollaborate with wholesale team to research and quickly resolve any unit and/or price discrepanciesIntegrate yourself more fully with business operations to provide maximum supportStay in front of changing business demands, ensure Finance concerns and needs are addressed in proposed solutionAssist in maintaining and modifying standard operating procedures (SOPs) of accounts receivable (AR) procedures and controlsPartner with PeopleSoft IT team to adjust invoices to support individual customers' contract terms (discounts, payment terms, delivery, etc.)Support Treasury cash flow projections or similar requirementsBook journal entries and assist with reconciliation of general ledger A/R related accounts, when needed

What Do You Need To Bring? 

1-3 years experience in accounting or related fieldBachelor's degree in Accounting, or related experienceSolid grasp on accounting fundamentals including but not limited to debits and credits, journal entries, revenue recognition, receivables agingExtremely detail-orientedMust be comfortable working with large volumes of data (invoices) and an ever evolving and growing segment of the A&F Co. businessExperience with PeopleSoft preferredExposure to international merchandise trading or international tax is a plus!
